Very poor service. Received a mani and pedi and both were not good at all. It was the worst nail place I have ever been to.

I went there with my girlfriend this morning. She got a fill and I got a pedicure. Her nails ended up crooked and her airbrush was not good at all. I was cut twice during the pedi, and because I go to beauty school, I knew he had to preform the proper blood-spill procedure, which he did not in both cases. I know that those things sometimes happen, so I let it go. He charged me 40 dollars. Two hours later, I had gone through two band-aids and my toe was still bleeding. I then called and asked to have my money back, and the girl on the phone told me I had to come in to talk to the nail tech. So I drove the 30 minutes back to talk to him. He said the only thing he could do was put something on it, as he looked at my band-aid which was bleeding through again. I said I'd rather have my money back. He said no. I was not aloud my money back, any kind of store credit, no money to make up the gas, not even an apology from anyone in the salon. I went back to my car and called to talk to a manager. She told me the man I had talked to was the owner! I was so enraged I hung up. He never apologized or offerred anything to make his potentially new client happy. I would not recommend this salon at all as I was the most unhappiest I have ever been with a service.
