Provided by SuperpagesCalled o e meyer asking about a bed alarm unit for fall prevention. I specifically asked about a pad sensor that you place over the mattress and if the person gets up an alarm will sound. They said they had them and quoted me a price. Went to buy it and found out the quoted price was only for the alarm period. The pad was extra. Then she went on to say I didn't ask for the price of the pad. So disgruntled with the lack of professionalism. Left without the device. Will order on line at a much lower rate, just have to wait to delivery and hope we don't have a fall.
