I live within 3 blocks of this Dairy Queen and I eat there often, maybe 2-3 times a week. The food there tastes really good, but the service needs some work. One out of evey 4 visits there is a mistake with my order, usually small by nature. SOmething like a blizard that isn't mixed hardly at all, or mustard when I asked for none, and these are understandable so I just eat it anyhow. But twice I have had to go back and ask for replacements, once my Blizzard was mixed poorly, but they more importantly broke through the side of the cup while mixing it, and thes second time was yesterday as they were closing, they served me a very pink burger. Instead of calling them because I had company over, I saved it and took the food back and calmly explained to the manager what happened....He then became rude and talked to me as if I was just looking for a handout or something, this is the same way he acted the first time I talked to him. Loing story short, the manager is unprofessional!!!!!
