Erin, the manager, and Christina, sales, we're both extremely helpful when I called just one day before the HS musical started. Both Erin and Christina we're able to find the merchandise needed, and ship it to receive the very next day; not to mention at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, Erin suggested we ship the items right to the high school, which was a fantastic idea!
The package shipped via ups ground and was received by the school office the next day at 11:30am. I would definitely recommend this costume and tuxedo shop for anybody in need of a costume or for prom tuxedo rentals. This is where I'm going to recommend all of my kid"s tuxedo rentals for prom coming up, and have them spread the word to their friends! I have four kids, so I will certainly become a repeat customer. Thank you again, Aaron and Christina, for your excellent customer service, your politeness, your knowledge of the merchandise, and for helping to give me peace of mind during my stressful situation. I was very displeased with the customer service. When I walked into the store it was small and cramped. The staff member looked at me walked to a glass counter and turned his back. I know it's a small store with a small staff but I felt like I was annoying this person. So I looked around and didn't find what I was looking for so I left and felt like I wasted my time

I was very late ordering my son's costume for the musical. I was afraid they weren't able to help me, but the manager calmed me and said it wouldn't be a problem. The costume price was very reasonable, the S/H was fairly priced. I look forward to doing future business with them.
