The new owners need lessons in customer service! Upon entering the store, I exchanged "Good Mornings' with one of the store clerks. As I waited patiently, another customer entered the store after me and the clerk asked her, "Is it the usual? "



I stated, "Excuse me, I have been here waiting, and now you are asking her and attending to her before me? I did not receive a reply. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I have been a loyal customer for twenty years going in on a monthly basis before the new owners took over.



The store does not deserve a star, but the review is asking for at least one star (although they do not deserve it!)
