Timothy Crofton is an exceptional realtor. He is a very kind and genuine person. Deeply knowledgeable about every aspect of Real Estate and one of the most talented negotiators I have ever met. Because of his great heart, he really cares about you and your needs. I would highly recommend Timothy to anyone that wants to sell his home with a professional and experienced realtor. He is simply the best!.

I hired Timothy Crofton to sell my house. It turned out to be one of the worst decision I had made. Before we signed the contract, Timothy was polite and returned our phone call right away. After we signed the contract, he hardly returned our calls and we would have to call his office constantly to find out what was going on. Besides, his workers damage our staircase when moving furniture, his cleaners used harsh chemicals and damage our kitchen sink, his unlicensed painter damage our wall and kitchen cabinets, and his contractor charged us almost $500 to install 4 lights. Moreover, we lived in our house for over 10 years and have been very careful not to leave any nail holes on the wall. His designer used 3" nails to hang pictures and managed to leave almost 20 big nail holes in our wall in one day. When I told him about the damages, he just walked out in the middle of our conversation. Not even an apology. After we told him that we wanted to cancel the contract, he copied and sent over other people's contracts (with seller's info on it) to persuade us. This is a serous violation of privacy. When we asked him to give back our house key, he handed us a copy. It turned out that he had made copy of our house key without our consent. He said he had disposed our original key. And he threaten us to take us to court if we write online review about him. My advise is stay away from him.
