Provided by SuperpagesThis Taco Bell is good except one problem. A person there named Blanca refuses to give me a cup of water when I purchase items... first of all water is free everywhere and she doesn't give me the cup of water because she knows some people put soda in it. Is that a valid excuse to not give a paying customer a cup of water??? I don't think so Blanca!
