Having heard about this establishment for a long time we visited this restaurant on June 16th. It was a an atrocious experience. It lkooks as though they do not have an experience of how to run a restaurant. Waiting was too long. After ordereing it took a long time. we ordered a vada which was like a stone absolutely cold. Luckily thge chutney was warm. The bearer diud not even bother when we complained. It was a hassle to pay. Thgey should open a restaurant when they clear all the kinks. Management do not bother about customers. They take them for granted. This is typical for all Indian Restaurants. I really felt sorry why I went to this restaurant. This place is not even worth a rating. IT JUST SUCKS. It is a shame for a reputed name like Saravana. Please watch out before you eneter this place.
