JOE IS A LIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is shady - just not upfront



Did not honour discount they advertise AND they charge higher prices than the advertised on their website.





I called the owner Joe on the 25th to ask if he was available on the 1st July at 1:30pm to go from the Airport to Hayward. I asked if I would be able to use the groupon advertised because it stated on the groupon only going to the airport not from. He said yes of cause and was free so I booked. We then arrive yesterday at the airport. He was not waiting at the gate but was only 5mins away when we called. He then told us we could not use the Groupon and did not remember the conversation we had at all. I could not believe that. We had a headed argument. I called the police who came and spoke with both myself and Joe. The police said it was a civil issue and they could not intervene.

I did not wish to do business with someone who goes back on an agreed price and who doesn't honour their word.



We ended up getting a taxi home that cost $90.50



I hope Groupon customer support can contact me soon so that I can work out a resolution that is satisfactory.
