Provided by YP.comHorrible horrible experience. I found INNO SMOG check coupon online for $28.75 for smog check. I called to make sure it is for real, and the guy said come on in and I take care of you. Got there in 15mins and told him I just spoke with him and had a coupon. He gave me a form to fill out and sign. I noticed he wrote the price down as $69.75. I told him once again I had a coupon, then he crossed it out and wrote $28.75 on it. He added that I must pay cash or he would charge an additional $3 if I pay by credit card.
I waited in his shop while he disappeared in the back for 15 minutes. He came back and handed me a print out that my car failed the smog check. Of course he said there is no free retest.
This guy is greedy and dishonest! Avoid this place at all cost. You have been warned!
