Mr. Kavayiotidis specializes in the sale and leasing of office and medical office properties along the I-680 and I-880 corridor areas of Alameda County. With his multi-disciplinary background in brokerage, development and asset management, Mr. Kavayiotidis is able to advise his clients with a unique and encompassing perspective. Mr. Kavayiotidis approaches his assignments with a combination of in depth market knowledge and analytical research, creating an effective marketing plan for each client.

In addition to the sales and lease transactions he has performed since 2002, Mr. Kavayiotidis has consulted developers, investors and tenants in: economic market feasibility, site selection, general due diligence, financial feasibility and analysis, city/regulatory agency entitlement processing, project management and leasing/sales advisory and brokerage.  Mr. Kavayiotidis works out of the Pleasanton office of Colliers International in addition to a satellite office in Fremont, CA, which allows him to be closer to his clients along the South I-880 corridor.
