Made a reservation on Dec 21 for Dec 26 thru Dec 30. Was required to pay for entire stay up front. Had a family emergency and called to cancel Dec 22. Manager said to call back on Wed. Dec 28 as owner out of town. Called back and was told by owner that we had to cancel 7 days in advance which was impossible as I only made the reservation 5 days in advance. The crook took our money. No refund. Very very un ethical. Make reservtions at the risk of losing your money!
