I have purchased a number of appliances from C&C Appliance and the value and customer service was excellent. Carlos the company representive is honest and a man of his word. I will no longer go to the big retailers for my appliances. Thank you C&C Appliance. Lee Krichmar

C & C is completely unreliable. They scheduled an appointment to repair the freezer portion of my refrigerator. They never showed up! Not even a phone call! After numerous calls on my part, they reschedule for the next day but they did r show up on time for that appointment either. When they finally came and "repaired" my feeezer I found out 2 months later (after the warranty period exoired) that they installed rhe incorrect part. I'm sure that you could get better service from anybody else. Don't call them for your repair. You'll end up calling someone else for the same problem eventually anyway.

Scam! came here for appliances. the guy wouldn't provide service until paid in full a day before!!!

never heard of paying for service before it was performed!!!
