I was quote10 dollars for the trip in the office even when I told them I was using a charge card. In the cab I was forced to pay 12 dollars with an additional 2 dollar charge for using the card. This is a horrible scam and I plan to report them to the better business bureau. Next time I will take the bus

The guy I spoke to on the phone told me 30-40min wait at 8:50am and I called back at 9:50am and asked them what was the eta, and he gonna say oh I said that we didn't have any cars available and hung up the phone on me ... So I called back and he argued on the with me and hung up again ....

Living in New York, I have been taking taxis most of my life. I can honestly say that this is the worst taxi company that I ever had the misfortune of using. I called one evening to get a taxi to the LIRR in Freeport. The dispatch ( a female) told me that there was 1/2 hour wait. I called forty minutes later and she told me that I didn't tell her to write down my address. Huh? I have to tell you to do your job? She then told me that I had to wait another half an hour. I found this unacceptable and told her so. This is actually the second time that this has occurred with this cab company and the same ditzy. She put me on hold for several minutes and then cut me off. I called back several times and kept getting disconnected. I called from another number and she picked up. Poor service and even poorer customer service. Trust me, if you are trying to get anywhere in a hurry or expect competent service, look ELSEWHERE.

i wish i can give negative 5 stars on this one. I called for a car, I waited for more than 20 mins and nobody even showed up. I ried calling but nobody even answered the call. is this the twilight zone? !!! Thanks for screwing my day. never will i ever use you even if its the end of the world. WHatta bunch of bull cap

What the reviewer wrote from 02/08/13 is true. Tonight, one of the drivers from All Island Taxi in Freeport decided midway through the trip that he no longer wanted to drive from Freeport to Oceanside, so he dropped my wife and daughter off in Baldwin in the cold and they had to get another cab. This company should be out of business.

do not use this taxi service they have drivers who are not mentally stable today 2/8/13 my daughter was pushed out of a taxi and left stranded this is unforgivable who just leaves a passenger miles from their destination? She filed a police report and the police will be looking for this driver . so remember do not use ALL ISLAND TAXI SERVICE IN FREEPORT NEW YORK you could be putting yourself at risk..
