I would beware of taking your tractor or lawn mower to Reb at Middletown Repair Shoppe. Terrible business owner. I brought a 6.5hp Lawn Boy push mower to him in March to get tuned up for the summer. It started before I took it over, but was leaking a lot of oil. He determined it could be the breather. He couldn't print me out a ticket or invoice, but insured he would call me. 2 weeks later he calls me on the phone and says it will be $311.00! You can buy a brand new Lawn Boy at Home Depot for that price. He went ahead and fixed everything he could on the lawn mower...New spark plug, sharpened the blades, new filters, etc. Didn't even bother calling me first to tell me what work he was going to do on it or the estimate cost of labor. After arguing with him over the price he dropped it down to $199! The parts came out to being less that $50. Went by to talk to him over the weekend and of course he wasn't home. What tractor repair shop is closed on the weekend when most homeowners mow there grass and are in need of weekend repair???? I guess Reb is too busy ripping people off Monday through Friday. This guy is a joke and a crook. Another MD/PA line good ole boy trying to take advantage of people. BEWARE!
