A few months ago I contacted Jacqueline home Remodeling to reside my house. Everyone I worked with Fran And Charlie and the crew who worked on my house were just outstanding. If I had a question they were right there to answer . They worked professionally and kept the area clean. I had a small problem and they were right back to fix it. I know from past experiences that most people do not come back once the job is done. I wanted to take the time to post this for a job well done I highly would recommend this company to friends and family.

We would highly recommend Jacqueline Home Remodeling. Charlie is very knowledgeable, organized, on budget and provides high quality products. He followed the architects design for our home addition and even suggested some improvements such as upgraded windows and doors. Charlie’s crew is very courteous and respectful of your home. Overall we are very pleased with the end result.

Jacqueline has just finished a siding and window project at our home. I need to give credit where due. Our home looks neat and "sharp' as per our neighbors. It was nice knowing that I was dealing directly with the owner, the owner's wife and ant the owner's two sons. Everyone is hardworking and are very respectable people. I've enjoyed meeting this family, and I believe their work is top notch. I'm happy to have chosen Jaqueline.

Jacqueline recently completed a siding project for us, and we could not be happier! We had come from a bad experience with another company including a little bait-and-switch on the project price and product used, so we were nervous to say the least! Going in, their price was competitive and they did not use any pressure sales tactics. In fact, on the sales end they couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable! I was of course asking a million questions because of our previous experience, and they handled themselves incredibly professionally! Once we decided to move forward, they made financing and starting the project easy, and I knew we had made the right decision.

Next the construction crew arrived. They were incredibly professional and respectful. They gave me knowledgeable opinions and advice on minor adjustments in the project, and they were even kind and playful with my 2 year old and my 180 lb mastiff puppy! I have had plenty of people in the house that are afraid of her, so for each of them to act this way it's definitely a positive in my book!

I should also note that the wood cedar I previously had as siding was 40 years old and I was terrified of what was hiding underneath. The crew never mentioned a thing and never charged me a dime extra! They just took off the bad and replaced it with new. What incredible peace of mind that gave me!

The finished product is perfect! I'm so happy and proud every time I pull up to the house. Nothing can replace that feeling and I give Jacqueline all the credit for getting me there! They will be my first phone call for any future home improvement needs! I highly recommend using them!

I recently had Jacqueline complete siding, windows and doors. It was great from start to finish. The estimate process was easy and there was no presure. The workers were very polite and hard working. They were in and out in minimal time and I am very happy with my house. I would recomend them to anyone!

I recently used Jacqueline to re-side my house after sandy and have used them previously for windows and a New roof. I came here to write a comment about how pleased I was and I have to say am very surprised to see these negative comments. I would like to clear things up and let it be known that I have always had a great experience w/ this company and the work that they do. I'm glad I don't see these comments because I may not have gotten such great quality! Jacqueline you work is awesome!!!!!

If you use this company make sure you get everything in writing. Not that i would suggest to satin himself. They lie about everything! No if that is bad enough, after the storm I found a lot of issues that they just covered over with the siding. It took a hurricane to find out what they actually did. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible. Don't bother. Might as well have your dog do the work.

We had Jacqueline replace our roof and siding on our home and we could not be happier with the results. Very few companies just get it right and Jacqueline is one of them. The entire experience from begin to end was such a pleasure. We choose Jacqueline to do the work because of how nice and pleasant it was to talk to Charlie and Fran. They were very knowledgeable, and knew a lot about the products. They were not just some salesman pushing the most expensive product on the market. They answered all our calls and questions with a smile. The great customer service and detailed workmanship all came with a very competitive price too!

Once the work started the crew that showed up was fantastic. They showed up exactly on time and work so hard all day long in the cold. They treated our home as if it was their own. They were all polite, friendly and go out of their way to do a great job. You do not see this type of courteous and professionalism in a construction crew that often. The cleanup was also immaculate. Hands down the best group of construction guys we ever worked with.

The owners, crew of workers and workmanship are all top notch. They are all very professional and do excellent work. I can’t believe it is my house when I pull up every day. They exceeded our expectations and we will be calling them to do other home improvements on our house in the future. We strongly recommend Jacqueline Home Improvements to everyone without any reservation at all!!!!
