This place is the most amazing small business I've encountered! The staff are welcoming, helpful, and thoroughly steeped in the product they sell; you can tell they are collectors, themselves. It warms the cockels of an old man's heart to see a small business that "gets it" where customer service and customer satisfaction is concerned.

They are the only store I know that carries Gundam models in this area and their Pop! vinyl selection is fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! We opened a broken toy and they refused to exchange the product. We will never shop there again!
