Provided by SuperpagesI have eaten at Mama's pizza over the past years and found the food O.K. and the service minimal. Tonight was the last straw-I called to check and see if they make an "Eggplant" parma sandwich. they do, but the young women on the phone was so rude, nasty, and impatient, that I not only did not order I just hung the phone up in disbelief. I proceeded to call Brother's and ordered my meal to pick up. What has happened to good customer service? I do not care how busy you are- treating people kindly costs you nothing; being rude costs you business! Sorry Moma's you have lost yet another long standing customer, my family and friends included.
