I called and scheduled an appointment because my garage door wouldn't shut. Craig said he would be out around 5:30PM and he was right on time. Very friendly and professional. Although my door issue was operator error he was very empathetic which is so important because trust me, I felt like an idiot!!! While he was here he did an inspection of the door and parts just to make sure everything looked good. He made no attempt to upsell me to purchase additional parts, etc. He actually did not want to charge me for the visit (which I paid him anyway)!!! In the future should I ever have a real issue, he will be the one I call. Thanks Craig!
