A $50 service is going to cost me $2000 in repairs

I took my vehicle to the lube center for a regular oil change service and a tire rotation. As with every other time I had gone in to them as they were finishing up services provided they would come buy to begin payment to keep the process flowing. I paid them in full for services that were not even done. First they broke off one of my lug nut studs. To those with less car knowledge then myself that is what holds your wheel on. They told me it was not their fault and they did not want to fix it and that if it mattered that much to me I would have to come back and speak with the manager at a later date. They did not rotate my tires and said that in situations like this a refund check is mailed out when a customer pays with a credit card. I left the center and drove to my house about 30 miles away. 2 days later my car started to make a terrible metal on metal grinding noise. I pulled over and discovered the plug to my rear differential was not reinstalled after they took it off and my vehicle was not going any farther then where it stopped, and I had to get it towed back to their shop. The next day I received a phone call from the Lube Center Manager who had decided to fix my lug nut stud (about $50 worth of repairs) but was not going to fix my rear end. Personally I would have one stud missing since i have 4 others then a truck that wont go very far because the back tires wont spin. I went back and forth with their office and management for over a month before they decided they would submit the claim to their insurance company. (This entire time I have now had to rent a vehicle to get to and from work) I finally get a claim number and the insurance agency estimates the damage and just under $1000 for them to fix at the lube center repair shop. Just before the claim is settled the insurance agent gets a call from management telling them that my rear end was in bad shape before I got there and that I had removed the plug myself to further ruin my vehicle. I faxed over the service work order where the technician had written that my rear end was in good shape and in proper working order and I was told that the insurance company would get back to me. A month passes by with me repeatedly calling their insurance agent (still renting a vehicle keep in mind) before the agent tells me that they are going to deny the claim because they believe the lube center could not possibly have forgotten to put the plug back in my truck. So almost 3 months passed of me renting a vehicle before I was told that a (I would hope) accident on the Lube Centers behalf was going to be an expense on me. Upon my shopping around for the parts to repair used parts are going to cost me almost $2500. If I ever get my $30 refund for them not rotating the tires when they damaged those I will have to put that in the bank so I can save up and get my rear end fixed. Its been about 6 months now and I don't know if I should yell at the post office for losing that check or the Lube Center for not sending it out, but it must be the post office because the Lube Center "Doesn't make mistakes". With all this I wont even take someone else's car to any company owned by the Lube Center like their car wash service across the street.
