This company is a scam.they charged me over 125 dollars for the lowest quality shoes I have ever seen in my life.they also led to paypal so I couldn't get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I made. These guys are crooks, specially the guy who picks up the phone. I Believe this is a one man operation scam.they should be ashamed of what they do to sort people.

Im taking the time to write this review so you dont make the same mistake. I recently ordered a pair of elevator shoes from Richlee Shoe Company. The merchandise they sent me was of poor quality and damaged. I immediately called them and they instructed me to mail the package back and another pair would be sent to my address. In this process, they charged my credit card a second time without my permission. Also, this establishment never informed of this transaction. Once again, I contacted them by phone long distance to now express my concern about this charge and the customer service representative was rude and started screaming. What ever happened to the customer always being right? In addition, I am in the process of contacting the better business bureau in regards to the unauthorized charge.
