I went to this Red Wing Store two weeks ago and purchased a pair of steel toed shoes, the salesman was excellent he measured my foot and had me stand on the scan machine that showed the pressure points on my feet and recommended the correcting inserts. I bought them and he explained to me that the may cause my feet to hurt the first day, which they did but after that they felt better every day. I had been having foot pain for about two years and now it's completely gone. I will be returning soon to purchase some shoes for everyday use and another set of inserts. I have never written a review but wanted to let people know this is how you can get relief from foot pain if you stand on concrete for hours everyday. I went to foot specialist and what they recommended did not help.
