I have been a patient of Dr. Mo's for about 13 yrs I went to the new office which is beautiful. When I arrived at the office I was standing at the front desk signing in and the office mananger was trying to get the attention of one of the girls upfront, he was yelling her name for her to come to him. He then called her on the phone while she was trying to update my information, she told him that she would be talk to him when she was done with the patient. He said okay. The receptionist then told me that I had a past due balance of 112.68 and I askes her from when she looked in the computer and was saying it was from and office visit and from a surgery that I had done in 2008, she stated that my insurance did not pay the whole thing and I told her that my insurance covered 100%. She then called the Office manager upfront and he looked at the screen and said you want to pay now and I said excuse me pay what now and he said you have a balance of 112.68 and I explained to him that my insurance coved my surgery and he said they are making you responsible for a portion of it. I told him that I would call my insurance and he said that I could make a payment arrangement. He was rather rude and unprofessional and if I had not been going to Dr. Mo for such a long time I would go elsewhere because of this moron he has working for him.
