Liars, terrible service, terrible people, will steal your money.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!

I made a reservation online and was able to reserve a one way truck. When I arrived I noticed there were at least 20 trucks parked out back, however, the employee checking me in said he only had “4 trucks” and that I needed to return the truck to his location. It had a “special part” and needed to be returned back to his office.

A HUGE inconvenience. He then subtracted $30 off my original quote and gave me free mileage to try and resolve the situation.

He told me the truck he was going to give me was not ready and he needed to give me a larger truck, but for the same price. That seemed reasonable so I accepted.

I asked him if I could one way that truck because it was a different vehicle. He said no because it needed the same “special part” and also had to be returned to his location.

In the end I dropped the key in the drop box only to be charged $50 more than he quoted me. I called in to ask about the charges and they told me I was charged $1.29 for every mile, even though I was told I would not be charged for mileage.

They lied to me and will lie to you also! DO NOT RENT HERE! Shady, slimy, terrible people.

WoW! The worst rental experience ever!

I reserved a BMW from this location to be picked up on 10/16/15 at 815 for a very special occasion. I arrived at 820 and no car there, I was told it was on the way, and it should be there shortly. I told the person/owner of the place that I needed to be in Georgetown by 1000 and I need to leave by 845. He told me at 840 that the car would not be there for at least another hour. All he had to say was "sorry", and that he could give me an Impala to replace the BMW. No let me check all the other locations between here and Georgetown and see if they have a car. No come back later today and I will give it to you half off, No come back later and I will give you an extra day rental for free.



I suggest STAY AWAY and not dependable at all. Look else.
