The Fraser Department of Public Works is operated by the government of City of Fraser. The department of public works provides an array services, such as weekly refuse pickup, brush pickup, coordination of the City's recycling program, snow removal, limited tree service, water and sewer services, and street maintenance. It maintains nine parks and all out buildings in the parks, playground equipment, pavilions, walking paths, ice rink and prepping baseball diamonds. Additionally, the public works department installs, repairs and read water meters including remote system meters. It carries out inspection of infrastructure including water, sewer, pavement of streets cement sidewalks and approaches.
