After a 5 minute on-site chat, they charged me $75 just to tell me they couldn't do the work they promised they could do when I scheduled the job over the phone. They claimed it was a standard service call fee, but the woman I spoke with never mentioned any fees during the phone call.

On Time, Very Professiona, Fast, And Friedly. Make Us Feel Like Were Family. Will Use Again And Again, Very Well Trained And Experts On What The Job Detailed.

The Drain Detective technician did a very good job. My job was not an emergency so he took care of emergency situations before arriving at my home. While at my home the technician was very thorough and professional. I would feel comfortable recommending Drain Detectives to family and friends.

John was excellent, he clearly takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers. I had no water, but several people in front of me with bigger problems (burst pipes). John took time, while on another job, to tell me what I need to do to get my water running again. He didn't have to, he could have just told me he'd come out for $75, then charged me by the hour as he did what I ended up doing myself, but he didn't want me to have to wait many hours for him to finish up with those other customers, so he spent time on the phone helping me. Before calling Drain Detectives, I called several other plumbing companies and had to leave voicemail messages for all of them, and never got a single call back. Drain Detectives answered my call, dispatched my call to John and when he called, the problem was solved. Thanks Drain Detectives!!

Had multiple problems with clogging issues. No company except drain detectives cared enough to come asap even though it was middle of the night, but mike took the time to explain what he was doing and how to take care of the problem. Plumbing is not my profession but I was comfortable knowing exactly what was being done. I was very pleased with the pricing considering they didn't know I had multiple quotes from other companies. I highly recommend them to other family members and friends. Thumbs up and thank you again for your prompt professional service.

do not even bother. they were professional when they came but when the job was not done they refused to return my money. even though on their website they offer a 12 month warranty they did not offer me one because they did not do their job to the best of their ability. i had to call a different company who was much cheaper and did the job. iam planning on taking legal action for the return of my money

Drain Detectives was awesome. My hot water tank stopped working in the middle of the night. I called several companies and Drain Detectives was the only one that answered with a live person. The tech that showed up at my home (within 45 minutes of my call) was super, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it at a low cost.. My hot water tank is running as good as new.

They suck!! My basement kept flooding they came out and said they had to dig up my front yard to get to some pipes in the front that needed to be fixed. Cost 2000, my front yard looks like crap, the walk way to my front yard is uneven, even after the guy told me don't worry it will settle in a few days, didn't move. The very next week heavy rainfall flooded basement again, called them back out and this time they told me our basement needed to be ripped up its a pipe under the floor, called another plumber he cleared some debri that was in a drain outside and haven't had a issue sense. Do not hire them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
