Adam Raskey is the ultimate professional. He went above and beyond in explaining the issue in my basement and the steps that he would take to remedy the situation. The team arrived on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, a very positive experience and I intend to reuse their services if the need ever arises.

We hired constructeam to renovate the exterior of our home in chesterfield, mi. It was a large project for us and it was comforting to have one company manage all the details, trades, schedules and issues. Our project consisted of removing a 15 ft porch, new roof, new siding, insulation, new windows, new front door, expanded garage (6ft on each side) new garage door/opener, new garage floor, redesigned front porch, some interior painting and drywall repair ( from installation of new windows of a different size and style.) For all the large details I have listed, there were countless small details that went into managing and executing it, not the least of which were the permits and variance requests/meetings, We met with, and obtained quotes from, several companies before choosing Constructeam. Their prices were very competitive and fair, but what impressed us most was the professionalism and confidence they exhibited. We met with Joe Cipriano and Andy Chudzik to discuss the project. Joe is the owner and Andy was our assigned, and extremely dedicated, project manager. I cannot express how impressed we are with the work they did and the beautiful transformation they were able to achieve! Even when there were unexpected issues ( since they always occur I don't know why they are "unexpected"!) Andy and Joe were impressively prompt at resolving them. When I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of uterine cancer, they even took the time to send me a beautiful card signed by the whole office! This was well after the job was completed! We began the project in November of 2012 and completed in early January 2013. They worked so hard to beat the impending Michigan winter and managed to pull it off by working 6 am to 7 pm six and seven days a week! The crews they brought in were absolutely amazing guys, especially their carpenters ( Jay and Chuck) and the siding guys from Zenco. I would hire all of them again in a heartbeat! My review is tardy only because of my health (still battling, wish me luck!) and I intend to share this review in as many places as I can to make up for it! Call this company for any of your projects, big or small, and tell them it's because Antoinette recommended them!!
