Horrible Job and Horrible Service

I brought my car in to have repaired over a month ago. Almost a month later, the shop claimed it was ready to go. We went in the shop to take a look at it and the damage was only covered up. When confronted about the problem, the owner continued to make excuses as to why the car had not been fixed properly. After a second attempt and trying to get the shop to correctly repair the car, the car was still not fixed. It has been over a month now and I'm still without a fixed car and am unable to get in touch with the repair shop.
