They pick up trash even on holidays and get my trash can when I don’t put it on the street

It rare that you have a small business that cares about their customer's like these owners. If my kart is not at the road on the designated date, the driver has come to my garage to pick up my trash. Very pleased.

I would appreciate it if they actually sent bills on time. I've requested copy after copy over their phone. They will not answer phone calls or send a statement. Last year they failed to send bills, and I failed to pay. Then they finally started sending bills again, for a while. Now I'm back to no bills. I just pay an equal monthly amount and pray I'm up to date.
