I ordered our beagle plaques here and a trophy cup for our beagle awards. I noticed that the dogs used for the plaque and trophy cup were not beagles. When I called to see if they had mistakenly used the wrong dog she said that is the dog they always used. I informed her the plaques we ordered the previous years before had the correct dogs. Then she says well that is all they had this year and maybe next year they would have the right ones.......next year!!! Really

I recently bought 3 pair of Dickies Brand uniform shorts for my son at Shirts n Things. They needed alterations,the owner recomended a lady. Her name was Hidie. Hidie came and made a mark on my sons pants and took them to alter. I paid $6 each to be altered plus the cost of the pants(*it's on my reciept*) When I got the pants back to say I was very unsatisfied would be an understatement!!! The shorts are ruined....and I am stuck with having to buy more shorts for my son to start school!! Because the owner will not make it right by replacing the shorts that I bought. She is claiming that the store DOES NOT DO alterations and she can't fix this problem all I can get back is the money I paid for the alterations!! I have 3 children to buy cloths for and I have 8 nephews that also used to get ALL their school cloths from this store. USED to MEANING DID IN THE PAST ....We will no longer do buisness and I will personally tell everyone I come in contact with my story!!!
