In less than a year Ive had maintenance men scare the h*** out of me outside my bedroom when they let themselves in 2x without tuning my doorbell( they evidently knocked at front door but u can't hear that if your in the bedroom. It took weeks to finally get a repairman in to fix my wash machine. The dishwasher's water temp is cool & the dishes don't get clean. My fireplace was out of commission months in winter. Snow & ice removal on the walk was poor. I found a mouse in a drawer in my closet after being told they " have never had ANY complaint of such in years". I like rules but I feel like I'm in a prison camp with the overly strict enforcement. Don't park your car outside! It's against the rules & it will b towed! Then try getting help on anything from the office & you deal with someone who I was wary of before signing the lease... afterwards my concerns were wellfounded and worse! If you're a non-smoker they don't have non smoking buildings and you can find u feel like your living with a smoker because of the way the cigarette smoke gets into your apartment. GL!! if you choose to sign on the dotted line!
