Terrible customer service. Staff workers are racist. Terrible enviornment, dirty. Open chip bags and spilled milk in isles.

Spoke to Joel about newport patio furniture. He was very helpfull. He told me how many sets they had in stock and delivery time. I ordered the same day.

Called the Franklin Sam's location to check availability of a particular TV. Carol answered and was very helpful, she checked their inventory for me (only the display model), advised me 7 were on ordered, checked availability with other stores, and gave me the item number so that I could call back to check on future availability. Excellent Service. mj
