Awesome! Absolutely awesome. Jeff, the owner called as promised in half the window AAA gave me and arrived in about 20 minutes from when I called. Nice, clean equipment. Very friendly and professional hooked my truck and loaded it cautiously and with care. I would highly recommend use of these guys and I called AAA with my praises.

I have nothing but good things to say. They provded great service every time including tonight. Thank guys...

By far the rudest old man i have ever dealt with in my life. He actually charged at me as if he was going to hit me and I was in my car with my kid. That man should not be allowed to work with people. Very unprofessional don't use them!

Well I locked my keys in our Truck at Menards in Franklin. call AAA And they call it's clown I wait for a hour and half call back AAA they recall call him and he tell them never received the call well the AAA lady says to me that's impossible because tey have a recorded conversation with him .

So he calls me on my cell phone and super Rude tells me if I own 10 cars do I think he would open them all wtf a Real Azz Clown

Oh and BTW never let me in to our Truck drove right by

Owner Jeff made several racist comments about black people while towing my car. Very disappointing to say the least

a great service. AAA sent Olson twice when I needed help in 3 months and they provided excellent service. .always gave me an idea of what the problem was and they were spot on

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. The manager of this company is a law enforcement hater. He posted on another website that "the only good cop is a dead cop" TJ Kowalski is his name. I would never recommend this place and I hope you go out of business.

They informed me that they were unable to tow my car and hung up the phone. Poor Customer Service

We were stranded Sat afternoon approx. 4:40pm 25 miles from home with a bad alternator. Russell came to our rescue. Instead of just towing us home he suggested fixing our truck himself which he did. Russell went up and above any customer service we have ever seen. Olson towing we suggest you keep him . From the time we called AAA till we drove away was approx. 1 hr....SUPER JOB RUSSELL

I had an issue with a stuck parking brake. AAA sent out Steve at Olson's towing.



Rather than just hooking up my truck and taking it in to the mechanic, Steve crawled under the truck, saw that it was an easy fix and took care of it.



OH! And all this while it is 12 degrees and snowing!



Great service that went above and beyond what I expected. I would use them again for sure.
