Im glad I looked here, only a little too late. My husband and I have almost the exact same situation as BREBER. We put half the money down in July and have been getting the same response NONE! MY husband stopped at the shop serveral times...left notes, even stopped at his booth at state fair park. At that time he (Doug) said it would be a couple more weeks. My husband finally stopped at his house and his wife said they were getting a divorce. So yeah I get it, you are having personal problems...we all do! This does not give you a right to take peoples money thats called stealing! We want our deposit back....we sacrificed alot to put that much money together. If there is no response by tomorrow we are going to file a report with the police department.

Ordered fence 4 months ago. Pressed them to at least get the posts in so that the landscapers can do their job. 4 months later, no fence panels. Many, many, many phone calls, appearance at this company, and still no fence. Pretty bad when you have to drive there and wait an hour or so in order to talk to someone. Phone calls are never returned.

We had no idea what we were looking for besides the fence. We called many fence contractors and Delta was the one that we decided to go with because he explained all the differences between the different types of fences. One thing is for sure, we did not want to be like our neighbor who is constantly dealing with issues like rust and peeling and we also didn't want to be painting every year. With our beautiful new Vinyl fence, we will enjoy our new privacy for years to come with no effort or upkeep. Thank you for all your great work, fast, professional and the advice and knowledge.

I am not sure what the other users was talking about. This buisness is outstanding! They are responsive and are experienced! They have a large number of photos of jobs that they did for others, which make it easy to pick out the perfect fence or railing. Check out their BBB rating it is impecible! I would reccomend them in a heartbeat!

Contractor was fast to respond to our inquiry and to take our deposit ( 50 %) of job . However after that everything was down hill . Promise of completion not met . Numerous phone call messages went unanswered. Anyone looking to have any fence work done would be better served by contacting any other contractor ...but not this one . Legal action will be taken.
