We used them for renter's insurance. We never had any problems. They were friendly and helpful when we called.

Jason Goode approves payments to other insurance companies for claims against his Travelers' clients. His review is very unprofessional and he paid in my instance whatever the other insurance company claimed which has included other pre-existing damage. His lack of attention causes damage to the policy holder's record. He does not advocate for his Travelers' policy holder. He is also rude.

Timely paid premiums for many years means nothing to this company. They are a scam with a license to do business in TN. They DO NOT live up to the policy you paid for to protect your property. When you finally have a claim, you learn that you have paid a lot of money to reduce your risk only to have their adjustors will rip you off and NOT honor the policy. If you need insurance that you can rely on, please, please check with friends who have had a claim in the past and you will surely find a more reliable company than you get with Travelers.
