Cool Springs Galleria is an amazing mall, but their customer service is appaling (not that I've had much experience). I called to ask a question and the guy on the phone said, "Um, no." In a very harsh rude voice, and then hung up. I was offended and had never been talked to that rude before.

Cool Springs Galleria is a fabulous mall location just minutes outside Nashville! Great election of stores and facilities are very well maintained as well.
