I have the same experience as Thatta. Called Nissan corporate office to file a complain of a local dealer. I received a call the next day from 615-725-7000. The call lasted for 10 seconds before I can even start the conversation, the line got disconnected. I called back the same number several times, it rang twice and got hung up. Until now, nobody had called me back! I'm very very disappointed at Nissan. Will not go back again!

Filed a complaint against my local dealership (Peoria Nissan) here in Peoria , AZ . Nissan Corporation acted as if they would " Investigate" but really didn't . It was a complete waste of time trying to reach out to corporate looking for a resolution . Corporate Nissan could care less what a Nissan Dealership does/says to consumers . I therefore, will never support Nisan , or any of their products again.
