My brother worked as a sub contractor for this company. My brother is NOT licensed yet was asked by the manager to do everything from dig trenches, spray and insulate WITHOUT the proper safety equipment. The manger contracted my brother for the going rate of $80 a day. The next time he worked for them he wasn't told until AFTER completing 2 weeks of work that he would be paid $50 a day (less than min. wage)! We have contacted the Federal Bureau Of Labor and they are investigating the company. My brother is not the only victim, both sub contractors and clients have not received what they deserve. I spoke with the CEO to settle the matter and he claims to be ignorant of the type or amount of work my brother has done, but still refuses to pay min wage. He agreed to put it in writing that my brother would be paid $50 a day on pay day. When we went to pick up his check and asked the CEO one last time to pay the fair amount he refused to pay anything!!!! Help stop reverse discrimination... this company is run by African-Americans whom are the last group of people you would expect to violate fair labor laws. I'm sure this would be news worthy if African Americans were the victims.
