He and his office manager are very quick to get back to you and resolve any questions. I would definitely recommend him. I am also very pleased with Farmers as a whole. I get very friendly, quick assistance anytime I have needed to speak with someone outside of my agent's hours. When I was hit by an uninsured driver the claims rep was very helpful and thorough. She was able to fix my car with no cost to me and made a traumatic experience much less stressful.
