they chopped his face off , when he was not to be cut. Everything is uneven and crooked. it looks like a drunk person took a buzzer and went to town.

My little man never acted like this after a grooming...... he's shacking and he won't come out of under the bed. what the F@$K did they do to my boy



i don't know about you people, but I love my dog and i would never bring him to them again!!!!!!!!

The store was empty. I waited for help in the tropical fish section for 15min and went to the front counter looking for help. I woke the grouch who did not want to be bothered. I went back to the dept and wait another 10min and then left. You cant have sleppy teens running a business. THEY DONT CARE!!! I end up in a locla MOM& POP Store up the road that treat me like a King.
