This company has worst customer service. I tried calling several times and no one ever responded. Finally I email, upset at the lack of response from their part and the salesman,Jerry, makes it seem as if it was my fault. I emailed again, thinking that there may have been some confusion on both of our parts, did not get a response. I waited nine days (still no response) to email again this time I told them the kind of company they have, basically they "s**k". They could have the best fabricators in the industry and their work does look good at face value, but if your sales and office staff is lazy and incompetent the first impression of the company is made in that instance. Their response to my email was that I was "non-cultural" which I think they meant to say "uncultured" my response to them was to get a dictionary and respond to their customers in a timely manner.

They don't show up for an appointment. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a new railing for my front steps. I had made the appointment for 4:00pm with Nicole via email. I rushed home from work to be there on time and waited and waited and waited. No one showed up. No phone call. No email. Nothing. How disappointing!
