It's Jan 19th, FREEZING, we came home at 8pm to find our furnace must have been out all day. I call evey plumber in the book and only this one has an answering service, which I might add, was very professional and polite. I was told the man would call back right away. Half an hour later I called again---she said he just called in about the page and would call right back.WRONG!!!! Never called back! So my husband and son-in law combed through some home-repair books and took it apart and fixed it themselves!!!! Karn's Plumbing's loss is our gain----I bet he NEVER calls back.!!!! Sorry about your luck!
