IA Construction Corporation specializes in highway construction and paving. Its expertise includes the in-house and/or management of roadway sealing, patching, guide rail/sign installation, highway lighting, box culverts, complete roadway recycling and small bridges. IA Construction is prequalified in the state of Pennsylvania with more than 60 classifications for general highway contractor work and more than 21 classifications in the state of West Virginia. It operates nearly ten asphalt supply plants throughout northwestern/southwestern Pennsylvania and western Maryland regions. These facilities are capable of producing a variety of asphalt mixes for use on its own paving projects as well as providing materials for public and private projects. All plants and mixes are Department of Transportation approved. IA builds racing tracks, tennis courts and other paved athletic surfaces for high schools, universities, country clubs, municipalities and individuals. Its experience in public-transportation paving includes runways and parking aprons built to FAA standards.
