I had the worst experience of my life !! at this office I just graduated dental assisting school and I shadowed this office for like 2 days. Dr Taj decided she wanted to keep me and told me I can start tomorrow bring my pay check from my last job and ill match your pay which was $13.50 so the first couple of days she had me clean up the treatment rooms after procedures clean and sterilize the instruments some more days had passed theres 2 other doctors that come in on certain days of the week to perform surgery i help set up for procedures. Make the long story short ive been there for only like 2 weeks cleaning haven�t learned anything!! driving 45 mins to work every morning on time. Today was pay day I was informed that I was no longer getting my original pay that me and Dr Taj agreed on when she hired me now she wants to start me off at $10.00 her reasoning is bc im new at all of this and im still learning like you knew all of this when you hired me because i was still in school and refused to write me my check today which is payday SHE ALSO TRIED TO SAY THAT IM A EXTERN AND SHE NEVER PAID HER OTHER EXTERNS !! NO I NEVER ASKED TO BE PAID YOU OFFERED ME A JOB TO WORK BC SHE ONLY HAS 1 DENTAL ASSISTANT i have bills to pay she told me to write down my address so she can mail me my check and leave her office i sat there for a while she and tried to talk to her iwas very upset with her she walks away and goes to the back and locks the door I Don�t trust her i felt played and it isnt right nor fair Dr. Taj shouldn�t even deserve the title to be a doctor she is a LIAR! MANIPULATOR! And needs to be flagged im writing this review for anyone that is looking for work don�t waste your time! The lady is a SCAMMER ! IF SHE TREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS IMAGINE WHAT SHE DO TO THE PATIENTS MONEY HUNGRY!!

Excellent. Dr Lubna Taj is very compassionate and experienced dentist. So far she the best dentist in our town. Office is beautiful and stuff is excellent. I would recommend everyone Dr. Lubna Taj and Franklin Dental Care and Dentures
