Had a awning installed April 19; 2017 I placed the order two weeks prior they called and set a date they arrived when they said and done a remarkable job installing the awning, the installer was good at his job knew what he was doing and now I'm the proud owner of a beautiful awning thanks Dacraft

There is a reason this company has been around 60 years! Bill was helpful and professional. He met with me to give a tour of the factory and explain my options. Within a week I had my new metal roof, siding, and a patio cover on my home.

Dacraft installed an aluminum patio cover w/option screen room walls on 12 August. . I'm happy with the installed product and workmanship. However, I'm troubled over the service after the sale. During the installation my high speed internet cable was accidentally cut by the crew. I was assured that the few things needed to complete the job would be promptly done after the cable was replaced on 18 Aug. I called Dacraft on 20 August and left a message. No call was returned to me. Since then I've called Dacraft 5 times. Each time they tell me the installer will call and set a time to finish the job. I'm still waiting for this call and the installation is still unfinished. Sales and service are both essential components of any home improvement project. I'm in the market for another home improvement job that's in Dacraft's core competencies. Regrettably I must remove them from my bid list. Poor service has tarnished their reputation with me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping that I don't have any other service issues down the road. At this point it's hard to imagine that Dacraft's service will improve over time. #Disappointed
