I have visited twice (unfortunately) within the past couple of months. Both times, I got friendly, prompt and competent service.
The first time, they detached a dinged rear bumper leaving me free to continue driving pending prompt and inexpensive repair.
Today, what had seemed to be a more serious ding proved otherwise. It was repaired on the spot, for free. Can't beat that.

Had work done they only did half the job they wrote on the contract. They were supposed to do in and outer rocker panels only did outer rocker panels and half as_ at that. They stole the Bose speakers out of the doors and put junk speakers in 2 did not work. They broke bolts that hold the pickup bed on and did not fix the bed now bounces. We are deciding weather to take them to court or let the AG office handle it taking them to court for Larceny and theft by deception (all has been confirmed by the gmc deal were we purchased the truck new and have had all work preformed there. Beware!!!
