I have had the chronically ill bunny that doctor Jennifer Clark took care of for the last four years. My bunny had a chronic ear infection since she was only 3 month old and some dental issues on top of that requiring regular testing , ear cleanings, dental procedures and medications . Since she was 2 years old she had developed head tilt and has been constantly taking numerous medications non stop. We have seen every exotic vet in the Indianapolis with little to no results . If I only have found Dr. Jennifer Clarke earlier , my bunny's head tilt could've been prevented. Dr. Clarke is the first one who has gotten the infection under control. She is the only vet I found who I never had to question and double check prescriptions, the only one I fully trust. Dr. Clarke is an angel I found that I can trust with all my heart that truly cares about the animals. I was even able to go on vacation for two weeks for the first time since my bunny had a head tilt and leave her with the knowledgeable staff of Hillveiw Veterinary Clinic. I was able to call to check up on her and she did really well there while I was away. Emily took a great care of my baby and gave her all of the medications required. The only practice that loves every creature and treats them with love , care and respect whether it is dog, horse or a hamster. Everybody there including the receptionists and technicians have always been so caring and helpful. They will never make you wait in cases of emergency. Their doctors and technicians always call you back if they are unable to talk to you right away. Truly the best doctor I've seen and like I've mentioned I've been to every rabbit savvy vet and everybody who think they are one in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Dr. Clarke was all the way with us until my bunny's final seconds. Thanks to her, my bunny almost made it to six despite all the health issues . She has recommended the most beautiful final resting place for my bunny & her office even made a donation to plant the tree in my bunny's memory .

I'm taking my new baby there within a few weeks.

The only vet I will take my pets to. It is well worth the drive to receive the one of a kind care that you can only get there.

my guniea pig was ill and we took her here. The office vist was 40 dollars, and the staff truley cared. We were not just another number. the staff took the time to answer all our questions, we loved their service. They did not have high prices, the only thing high was quality. Thanks Hill View. Dr. Jennifer Clark and her associates are wonderful, top quality and compassionate. Would not take our pets elsewhere unless it were an emergency and Dr. Clark's clinic was not open. They treat each animal as their own whether its a beloved pet or a rescued, injured wild animal. They also work with a rescue group. When you go to Hillview Clinic in Franklin, IN, you don't feel like a "customer", you feel like part of a family.
