Wow, I can only begin by saying that I have never in my life experienced worse customer service. The Owner Patty is a nut case and flies off the handle at the tiniest things. I'm actually not even sure she has the self control to be trusted alone with anything breathing. The first time I pulled up I heard her screaming like a banshee at her own dogs, and the last time I picked up my own dog I heard her go outside and start shouting at him for no other reason than she was mad at me! why was she mad at me? B/c I had the nerve to tell her my dog was injured in her care. Once i said that she suddenly started to say my puppy was uncontrollable and vicious. Funny, up until then, my dog was the one she would leave out to play with her own puppies! Unfortunately this is the only place in town, so people will continue to use her, but I will stress that if you don't have a dominant dog that you think will win in a fight, don't bring it here. They throw all the dogs outside together to play with absolutely no supervision. Look up "what to look for in a doggy daycare" online, and you will see that every site stresses NEVER to take your dog to a daycare if someone isn't outside supervising play at all times. These are animals, at some point things will get out of hand, and at this place when that happens, no one is there to intervene.

When I go out of town, I drive an hour one way to leave my dogs with this boarder because I have no worries or anxiety about how my dogs will be doing. With the outdoor play areas, the indoor facilities and the knowledge of the owner I know my dogs are safe and not missing me one bit, which makes my vacation guilt free.
