Big Thumbs Up to RB Brown and his staff. Our car was recently totaled while parked in a parking lot (weird, huh, but totally true) and the other driver's insurance company was less than forthcoming when it came to making things right. State Farm and RB Brown's team guided us through the debacle, from getting proper and fair reimbursement (yay!) for our loss to financing a replacement. Special Shout Out to Tiffany for obtaining a great loan rate and being on the spot when we made our purchase at the dealership; thanks to thanks to Tiffany's passion and professionalism, buying our new car was practically painless! Happy to have State Farm in our lives!

I've been with State Farm for many years, and in the past few I've noticed my agent's customer service was taking a serious nose dive. My family had noticed the same. Customer service is key and very much valued in this type of business, least in my opinion.

I called RB Brown in Frankfort and Erin answered. What a gem she is, she's personable, very knowledgable and highly efficient. I was so impressed with her customer service I switched my policy that same day. Here comes the BONUS, within 24 hours of switching over she got me better coverage for a cheaper rate.
