Contacted them through their web site to ask about doing a project for me and was not even given the courtesy of a reply. Makes you wonder what kind of work they do.

Very high quality work. Great to work with, I won't hesitate to call KB for future jobs. They do outstanding work, no headaches.

We have worked with them on several projects and they are reasonably priced. Great at decks, raised garden beds, tile work, and awnings!

For the most part good craftsmenship on some things they do, but overall a unprofessional outfit. Cash flow issues, always need money the minute the finish a job (or usually request it before), communication is unprofessional and timeliness could be better. The help is not experienced enough to work without the owner, which poses a huge problem if the owner is not there. As I mentioned, the craftsmenship is sometimes good, it depends on what they do. Tiling work is good (not great) and framing work is below average (we had several unlevel walls and windows).
